Locations:

Cemetery location: Union Chapel Cemetery is located at 8306 Union Chapel Road, Indianapolis, Indiana. This is at the northeastern edge of Indianapolis. The Cemetery is situated at 8300 north in Indianapolis, between Haverstick Road on the West and White River on the East. The maps below depict the location.

Cemetery office location: The Union Chapel Cemetery business office is operated under contract to the Cemetery and is located at 9001 Haverstick Road; a few blocks north of the Cemetery. Contacts in this office can be reached by telephone at (317) 252-5883. Although the Union Chapel Cemetery office is co-located with the office of the nearby Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, the two cemeteries are owned and operated independently. Both cemeteries are managed by the same contractor; the Buchanan Group.

Driving instructions:

Cemetery: Take the northern leg of Interstate 465 (Indianapolis By-Pass) to the Keystone Avenue exit and go South on Keystone Avenue (about one-half mile) to Woodfield Crossing Blvd. Turn East (left) on Woodfield Crossing and proceed to the "T" intersection with Haverstick Road (about 300 feet). Turn South (right) on Haverstick to Union Chapel Road (about 400 feet). The Cemetery is located at the intersection of Haverstick Road and Union Chapel Road and is on both sides of Union Chapel Road as it proceeds eastward.

Cemetery Office: Take the northern leg of Interstate 465 (Indianapolis By-Pass) to the Keystone Avenue exit and go South on Keystone Avenue (about four-tenths of a mile) to 86th Street. Turn West (right) on 86th Street and proceed about 500 feet to the intersection of Haverstick Road. Turn North (right) on Haverstick Road and drive about 1000 feet to 9100 Haverstick Road. Our Lady of Peace Cemetery is located on the east (right) side of the street and the offices for both Our Lady of Peace Cemetery and Union Chapel Cemetery are located in the brick building on the east side of the main driveway of the Cemetery.
